Individual Applications at the Constitutional Court
Individual applications include the supervision of the basic rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution along with the human rights that fall within the scope of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) which has been ratified and signed by the Republic of Turkey.
