• • Negotiating collective labor agreements at the workplace/enterprise/group level with trade unions with our past experience in 10 different sectors (metal, banking, textile, glass, paper, petrol and chemicals, mining sea freight, ship construction and food),
• • Settlement of disputes arising from collective labor agreements and individual labor agreements,
• • Pursuing criminal or legal disputes arising from workplace accidents and occupational diseases,
• • Updating labor agreements within the frame of relevant regulations and the legal precedents of the Court of Cassation and current needs of procedures,
• • Preparation of official reports, the request of defense and notifications of warning and termination of labor agreements according to the Labor Law. Collective Labor Law, Social Security Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, and the Unemployment Insurance Law; and the provision of educational and advisory services to Human Resource Departments on the subject of compliance with the legislation,
